Deposit and Payment Methods
All our clients who would like to acquire a puppy must pay a deposit of $10,000.00 (Ten thousand Mexican Pesos) to enter the waiting list. This can be done at any time, even with scheduled litters. The rest of $75,000.00 (Seventy-five thousand Mexican Pesos) must be credited to our account at least 3 days before the delivery date.
We will only accept payments by bank transfer or paycheck to the account that will be sent to you later. The delivery date will be determined by the week number of the delivery month (e.g. 2nd week of February.)
Guarantee
The puppies are guaranteed for 2 years in genetic malformations. If the puppy has any of these issues, it should be sent to us immediately for analysis with our veterinarian.
If the tests are positive, we will choose one of the 2 options to make the guarantee:
- A refund of 100% of the purchase
- Enter the new waiting list of the same litter, to deliver a puppy as similar as possible.
The cost of the tests and Shipping will be paid by the client as long as they are negative. If they are positive, all expenses will be paid by the best friend
Shipping
Our priority is the safety and well-being of our puppies. Due to this, the shipping will be done in either of these 2 options at the customer's choice.
- The client comes to pick up the puppy 2 or 3 days before the delivery date to get to know each other and avoid stress caused by the travel. This will ensure a happy approach with its new family. This is the safest and most recommended option.
- In case of not being able to move to receive the puppy, a member of our team will travel with the puppy to take care of it and provide safety. Our puppies never travel alone. The delivery will be made at the airport, and the shipping costs will be paid by the client plus $2,500.00 (Two thousand and five hundred pesos MN) additional
Puppy Condition
Our puppies have all the vaccinations according to their age. To avoid unwanted pregnancy, and exposure to theft, or loss, our puppies are sterilized in a non-reversible way. The puppy can have an ID microchip if that is desired.
